Centerless Grinders - M Series & MK Series

The FANUC high performance CNC control has been developed exclusively for the grinding industry. The featured control gives the machine the versatility and speed demanded to accomplish the grinding needs of the future. With the marriage of the FANUC control and the ECOTECH GRINDER, we have developed a state-of-the-art Centerless single axis CNC Grinder with the simplicity of programming today’s most complex parts. This machine has been design with the capability to grind and monitor the part size and will compensate for wheel wear with the CNC.

All of the Centerless single axis CNC Grinders are designed for both thru-feed and plunge feed grinding. These machines are equipped with Hydro-Static spindle bearing which gives the machines the capability to hold the high tolerances needed to produce quality work. The centerless CNC grinders come standard with CNC wheel dresser on the grinding wheels. The regulating wheelhead is a manual dresser unit. The slide is Hydro-Static with a flat and V-way system for high accuracies. Also, the regulating wheelhead can be swiveled for proper alignment with thru-feed applications. We also offer an additional third axis option for the dressers to allow automatic compensation.

All of ECOTECH'S Centerless single axis CNC Grinders has heavy aged cast iron construction, that have been precision machined and hand scraped. This will give you many years of trouble free operation and high accuracies.
