Turning is a machining process used to make cylindrical parts, where the cutting tool moves in an X and Z axis while the workpiece rotates.

A turning center is a lathe with a computer numerical control. Ecotech offers a wide range of horizontal lathes with a variety of bore sizes, bed lengths, and optional features.

The extremely rigid thermo resistant design enables the ability to hold tight tolerances in a challenging manufacturing environment.

IKEGAI CNC Slant Bed Lathe

IKEGAI CNC Slant Bed Lathe

Our TU & TUR series slant bed design, with saddle slideways and tailstock guideways, are independent, have a unibody slant construction with four 45-degree slanted quideways. This double closed-beam construction is used to increase the bed rigidity and decreasing excessive weight. The headstock has been assembled so that it is parallel with the 45-degree slant bed guideways to minimize thermal displacement. By using combinations of a geared AC spindle motor, full power cutting can be performed over a wide range of spindle speed.

Vertical Turning Lathes

Vertical Turning Lathes

CY-VL630 series is a high rigidity, high precise independent spindle, the particular base is filled with sand and cantilever headstock, which makes the machine compact. The vertical turning lathes increase productivity by providing stable machining of thin and odd-shaped workpieces.
