IKEGAI CNC Slant Bed Lathe

Product Category CNC Turning Machines IKEGAI CNC Slant Bed Lathe

Our TU & TUR series slant bed design, with saddle slideways and tailstock guideways, are independent, have a unibody slant construction with four 45-degree slanted quideways. This double closed-beam construction is used to increase the bed rigidity and decreasing excessive weight. The headstock has been assembled so that it is parallel with the 45-degree slant bed guideways to minimize thermal displacement. By using combinations of a geared AC spindle motor, full power cutting can be performed over a wide range of spindle speed.

  • Rigid and rugged 4-way bed.
  • Strong 150mm (6”)-diameter main spindle.
  • Stepless spindle-changes in low-speed range and high-speed range (between 42 and 4,000rpm) TU30.
